A1 Grand Prix Is A-OK!
The inaugural year of A1 Grand Prix, The World Cup Of Motorsport came to an end in Shanghai last month, when a French man won the championship, and a certain Welsh man put down his pit lane reporter’s microphone.
“This has been a great job” enthused Gareth, “I’ve avoided the British winter by visiting a string of exotic countries, getting as close as it gets to some spectacular racing, and interviewing some of the finest drivers in the world… but I’ve been away on and off for 7 months and I’m looking forward to being at home for a bit”.
“A bit” is pretty much all its going to be. The A1 Grand Prix series has been deemed by spectators and critics alike as a huge success and a new season will certainly be taking place, beginning with Zandvort in The Netherlands on October 1st.
