Every Get
Fresh featured an episode of the Centurions, a 25 minute
animated cartoon from the USA, this was split up into 3 x 8 minute
sections and spread out across the morning.
The Centurions cartoon was replaced in series 3 (1988) by another
animated series Galaxy Rangers, however after just a few episodes
it was deemed that Galaxy Rangers was so poor that it was decided
instead to re-run early episodes of Centurions again.

Get Around, where Gaz, Charlotte, or Gilbert give a whistle-stop
guide to the town that Get Fresh was visiting.
Get the Joke, with comedians Andrew O'Connor,
Josie Lawrence, Gary Wilmot.
Get Dressed, the weekly fancy dress
competition, "Let your imagination go Whannang!" as Gaz Top would say.
